(For your peace of mind, we carry an ICBC Garage Policy insurance, for up to $750,000 in damages. Once you hand over your keys to us, we are liable, and take full responsibility for the condition of your car.)

How much does it cost to have my car cleaned by Clean My Car?

What areas in Vancouver do you serve?
Clean My Car serves the Vancouver Downtown area, along with the following neighbourhoods: UBC, Gastown, Yaletown, Kitsilano, West Point Grey, Arbutus Ridge, Fairview, Mount Pleasant, Shaughnnessy, South Cambie, Kerrisdale, Dunbar-Southlands and Oakridge.
How do I pay you?
You pay online when you book the appointment.
How long does the cleaning take?
Depending on the size of your car and the car cleaning package selected, the cleaning will take between 4 and 7 hours. (Your car is delivered back to you the same day.) You see the guaranteed start and end time of your appointment when you book online.
I am in an apartment building. How do I give you my keys and access to the underground garage?
If you can’t be around at the time of your appointment, simply leave the keys and access fob with your concierge. Many of our clients live in apartment buildings, and we deal with this situation on a regular basis.
What if I want to reschedule / cancel my appointment?
You can easily do so online, using the link received with your appointment confirmation email. You can also contact us directly, if you prefer.
Do you take over-the-phone appointments?
Sorry, no. You can easily and reliably book a guaranteed appointment online 24/7.
What if I’m not happy with the service?
With Clean My Car, no transaction is ever final. If you’re not happy with the service for whatever reason, please let us know right away so we can make it right. If you’re still not happy, despite our best efforts, you get a 100% refund.
Who’s responsible for my car while you take it away for cleaning?
We are. Clean My Car carries extensive liability insurance to protect you in case of unexpected events.
What kind of cars do you specialize in?
We specialize in high-end vehicles from recent years — such as Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Tesla, Range Rover, BMW, Audi, etc — serving owners of these type of vehicles on a daily basis. Furthermore, we have developed a proprietary approach based on the peculiarities of high-end vehicle brands. (This approach may not work as well on lower-end cars, which are typically constructed with lower quality materials.) We also use some of the finest car care products, developed specifically with the discerning car owner in mind. (Here’s a list of reasons why you should NOT use Clean My Car)
My car is pretty clean, and I just want a quick Wash & Vacuum. Can you do that?
Sorry, no. It has been my experience that 99.9% of the cars we see need way more than a basic service. It is likely your car does too. I wouldn’t put my name on anything less than excellent, therefore we only take on clients who trust our expertise, and embrace our recommendations for cleaning.
