We pick up your Porsche from your home or office, and bring it over to our shop downtown.
(For your peace of mind, we carry an ICBC Garage Policy insurance, for up to $750,000 in damages. Once you hand over your keys to us, we are liable, and take full responsibility for the condition of your car.)

Our Porsche Cleaning And Detailing Process
Every single Porsche vehicle goes precisely through the steps listed below:
Step #1 — Decluttering. This step is of utmost importance, because it helps the car stay cleaner in the long run. We remove phone chargers, receipts, change, beverage containers, etc., and put them aside for sorting out later. (We also recycle all the cans and plastic, if any.)
Step #2 — Vacuuming. Aside from mere dust, vacuuming also gets rid of the main source of food for dust mites - skin flakes - and gives them no reason to stick around.
Step #3 — Shampoo carpet and floor mats. Removes oils and embedded dirt, for which vacuuming alone is not enough. (*depending on your choice of package)
Step #4 — Wiping down interior panels. The dashboard, center console, door panels, seats — everything gets a thorough wipe-down with a plant-based cleaning product.
Step #5 — Cleaning interior windows. Aside from being a nuisance, dirty glass is also a safety issue. We go through no less than three separate cleaning steps to make your interior windows streak-free.
[Optional] Step #6 — Applying protectant to leather seats. (available as an option, or included with the Premium Clean PLUS package)
Step #7 — Thorough Exterior clean. (includes wheels and exterior glass, and you also have the choice of adding Paint Protection)

How long does the cleaning take?
Depending on the size of your Porsche and the car cleaning package selected, the cleaning will take between 4 and 6 hours. (Your car is delivered back to you the same day.) You see the guaranteed start and end time of your appointment when you book online.
I am in an apartment building. How do I give you my keys and access to the underground garage?
If you can’t be around at the time of your appointment, simply leave the keys / key card and access fob with your concierge. Many of our clients live in apartment buildings, and we deal with this situation on a regular basis.
What if I want to reschedule / cancel my appointment?
