Case Study: 2011 Porsche Panamera
Today’s case study is a 2011 Porsche Panamera, in Pearl White.
This car belongs to a brand-new client, and she found us through one of the concierges at her apartment building Downtown.

Before getting to me, she had asked all her friends for a recommendation, but no one was able to come up with anything worthwhile.
She had also contacted a couple of local car cleaning companies, asking for quotes or appointments, but has yet to hear back from any of them…
Now, a good concierge is nothing but an effective problem-solver, and this guy is no exception.
When the Porsche owner got in touch with him, he asked her all the right questions, just to make sure he properly understood what she was looking for, and then phoned me right away.
He knew that one of the brands we specialize in is Porsche, and asked me if I can help his client. Naturally, I said yes to the challenge, and worked out the details for the appointment.
Because it was the only time slot available, we had to schedule this clean for the Halloween Day, in the morning. This way, the owner would have a clean, fresh car to use in the evening, in case she wanted to go out.
The morning of the appointment I walked into the building, picked up the keys and access fob from the concierge, and went downstairs to collect the Porsche from its parking stall.
Nothing unusual — this is pretty much our standard procedure with all our clients who live in high-rises. They leave their keys with the concierge, and we take it from there.
This way, the car owner doesn’t get to waste a single minute with their car being cleaned. Their time is better spent elsewhere.
In fact — and this might sound strange — I have several clients, whom have been using my service for over 10 years now… and have yet to meet in person.
The Porsche was in pretty good condition, as the owner doesn’t drive much. It could still use a proper clean and refresh.

Even with that, there was still a noticeable improvement after the cleaning session was completed.
It also had a major scuff mark on the driver’s side front fender, which came out without a problem.
The interior was a different story…
When you spend time in a car, especially with other family members, dirt gets dragged inside no matter how careful you are.

We always get better results cleaning a higher-end car, such as a Porsche, which is mostly because of the quality materials Tesla uses in assembling their cars.
Just like anything else in life, with cars you get what you pay for. In this case, you pay more for a Porsche than you’d pay for most cars, but you get much better, and more durable finishings.
Quick side note: Many car owners expect an interior in such condition to come out clean with “just a quick vacuum”. This is never the case. Aside from a thorough and extensive vacuuming, the carpets need to be shampooed, otherwise the improvement is minimal at best.
In this particular case, the client followed my advice, and chose the appropriate cleaning package.
A few hours of solid and meticulous cleaning, and my client’s Porsche is completely transformed…
The interior is now spotless — dirt and debris gone. It also smells fresh.
The exterior has regained its true colour, and it looks (almost) like a brand new car.
