Case Study: 2018 Porsche Cayenne
Today’s case study is a 2018 Porsche Cayenne Platinum Edition, in Jet Black Metallic.
The car belongs to a new client, who came recommended by a mutual friend in the auto industry.
This client is a busy executive, working for a major well-know apparel brand, and she is also the mother of two young children.
As you can imagine, spending half of day at a run-down car detailing place is not her idea of fun, and not high on her priority list.
Which made her an ideal candidate for our service.

And so, she was looking for a convenient, hassle-free, and elegant alternative — and got directed to us.
The whole transaction was arranged through her personal assistant in less than 5 minutes.
Her request was for us to pick up the Porsche Cayenne from her office, meticulously clean it inside and out, and deliver it back by the end of the work day…

As you can see, the exterior is in pretty good condition, mostly because of frequent automated washing.
Even with that, there was still a noticeable improvement after the cleaning session was completed. (We also waxed the paint, to make it shiny and glossy, just like a new car would be.)
The exterior has regained its true colour, and it looks (almost) like a brand new car.

The interior was a different story…
When you spend time in a car, especially with the entire family, dirt gets dragged inside no matter how careful you are.

Quick side note: Many car owners expect an interior in such condition to come out clean with “just a quick vacuum”. This is never the case. Aside from a thorough and extensive vacuuming, the carpets need to be shampooed, otherwise the improvement is minimal at best.
In this particular case, the client followed my advice, and chose the appropriate cleaning package.
A few hours of solid and meticulous cleaning, and my client’s Porsche Cayenne is completely transformed…
